Winnie has 5 years experience in the insurance industry specializing in Medicare coverage, as well as overall office management. She has a diverse back round in Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting. She is an integral part of the Benefit Design Group team.

Michele Biernat
Michele has been with Benefit Design Group for 4 years, providing customer service, client management and internal quote processing. She has many years of customer service experience in the mortgage banking industry and provides crucial customer renewal services for the agency.

Cynthia N. McKee
Cyndi and Joel have worked together as agents in the employee benefits arena since 1991. Cyndi has a extensive experience working with large and small employers in plan design, client education and plan management.
